Is it up?

There is no public status page yet. When there is, it will be hosted away from this application: a status page served by the thing it reports on tells you nothing on the day you need it. Until then, ask us directly at [email protected] and we will tell you what we can see.

What is checked

• The booking API, every minute — not running yet.
• A live storefront, every minute — not running yet.
• The studio console, every five minutes — not running yet.
• This marketing site, every five minutes — not running yet.

Each check is to run from outside our network and ask for a real page, not a health endpoint on loopback. A process that is listening while every storefront returns an error is a state we have shipped before.

If something is wrong

Payments are held in the studio's own account with Stripe or Square, so a problem here does not put anyone's money in doubt. If a booking looks wrong after an incident, tell the studio — or us, through the security page for anything that looks like a security problem rather than an outage.
