The weekly regulars, handled
A band's Tuesday 8–10 slot is a real series, not eleven copy-pasted bookings. Skip a week, change the price, move rooms — edits apply forward, history stays put. Their saved card is charged automatically before each session.
Money you can report on
Revenue by room and day, tax shown on receipts, CSV export for your accountant. Gear add-ons (drum kit, PA, backline) priced per booking; per-activity rates when a room does double duty.
Availability that knows your rules
Evening and weekend minimums with a soft floor — the minimum relaxes when a full block can't physically fit. Turnover buffers held automatically. No dead 45-minute gaps.
Staff accounts with 2FA
