Stripe
Take card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay into your own Stripe account.
Connect Stripe under Payments. Payouts land in your account on Stripe's schedule, and a Stripe smart reader takes cards at the desk.

Every booking, cancellation, payment and new customer as a trigger — into Slack, Sheets, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, anything.
A Soundslot app for Zapier and a node for n8n, each with triggers for every event and actions for customers and bookings, on every plan. Make and anything else takes the same signed, retried webhooks plus an API key from Developers.
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook
Every room and every engineer as a live calendar subscription on your phone.
A private iCal feed for the whole studio, per room and per bookable staff member, from Settings → Subscribe to your calendar. The link is the credential and can be reissued.

Paste the IDs from your own accounts under Storefront → Analytics & ads tracking. The storefront loads them on every page, themed or not, and reports a purchase with the booking total at checkout.
QuickBooks Online, Xero (export)
Receipts and invoices, gapless-numbered, exported the way a bookkeeper imports them.
Reports → Accounting export, over the range on screen. One row per receipt or invoice with its gapless number and decimal amounts, laid out for QuickBooks and Xero's import. It is a file you import, not a live sync.
Square
Keep the processor your regulars' cards are saved with, card reader included.
Connect your Square account from Settings → Payments. Online payments, the card reader and the webhooks run through it, and your regulars' saved cards import by email address.
